"I went to Tri-State Computers because my Laptop was not booting up. They quickly found the problem - a bad hard drive, and yet were still able to retrieve my data off my hard drive (thank goodness!). They made an exact identical of my hard drive's data by cloning it, and set everything back up on the new hard drive so it was ready to go for me like nothing ever even happened.
